Converting is a good idea. Several years ago, I looked for a way to convert to pdf for free, but without success. Can someone recommend a conversion technique? Freeware ideally, but perhaps some simple series of global replacements would work.

Is it available in another format than the html we're seeing, or was it created directly in FrontPage? If you can convert it to Unicode (perhaps using Word?), it'd be fairly straightforward to generate pdf or portable html.
