Sure. Consider the dictator game: the first player proposes a share of an integer amount of money, and the second either agrees or disagrees. If the second agrees, he gets (total - share) and the first gets share, otherwise both get zero. Then, assuming more money is worth more than less, minimax will find the classical solution of "all but one to me, one to you", and agreement for the second player (since he gets the value of one unit which is more than zero).

That game has only one step, and only two players (hence two plies).
