There's data (historians' estimates) for the 1860 election in the paper "Would the Borda Count have avoided the Civil War?", http://mason.gmu.edu/~atabarro/Would%20the%20Borda%20Count.pdf . In one of the profiles, Douglas (not Lincoln) is the CW; in the other, there's a cycle.
