A Canadian election-method reform advocate, Eduard Hiebert, is
attempting to do this for the parliamentary elections in his area:

This strategy of conducting pre-election polls in order to help voters
vote strategically could be very useful, especially in Canadian and
other non-U.S. elections where there are three (or more) main parties.
