I made a proportional representation version of the Wikipedia Tennessee voting example <http://wiki.electorama.com/wiki/PAL_representation#Example>. Adapt and use as desired. I know that it would also be good to have a single-winner example which shows a Condorcet cycle, but that's for another day.
