Majority-Top, Approval (MTA):





Voters mark candidates "top" or "middle", or no mark.





If a candidate is marked "top" by a majority of all the voters, s/he wins.





Otherwise, the winner is the candidate marked "top" or "middle" by the most 
voters.





If more than one candidate is marked "top" by a majority of the voters, then 
the winner is


whichever of those is marked "top" or "middle" by the most voters.
