1-Candidate-Mutuality (1CM):
If a majority prefer x to y, then they should have a way of voting that will ensure that y won't win, without any of them voting a less-liked candidate equal to or over their favorite. [end of 1CM definition] Majority-Top, Approval (MTA): Voters mark candidates "top" or "middle", or no mark. If a candidate is marked "top" by a majority of all the voters, s/he wins. Otherwise, the winner is the candidate marked "top" or "middle" by the most voters. If more than one candidate is marked "top" by a majority of the voters, then the winner is whichever of those is marked "top" or "middle" by the most voters. [end of MTA definition] Approval meets FBC and WDSC. MTA, MDDA and Bucklin meet FBC, 1CM and 3P. Bucklin also meets SDSC and UP. MDDA also meets SFC.
