I twice tried to post a message today. The first two trie only fractionally posted.
On the 3rd try, I successfully posted the message.
So disregard the first two messages of mine entitled "Chris: MMT's strategy
incentives".
The two failed postings were do to "upgrades", one which I had no choice.
