Kathy, i feel the same way. sometimes Wikipedia (Voting systems) is
helpful. but it doesn't keep up.
and i just confirmed, evidently a while ago i disabled the filter on my
email client regarding your posts to EM. i forgot i did that. hence i
see the post.
