In general, while I'm happy to reply to comments on this material here, I'd prefer have the conversation via Quora comments. I prefer the broad visibility of Quora to the convenience of email alerts. Yes, it requires a sign-up, but I find it's worth it. If I recognize anyone from this list over there, I will definitely follow you, and probably upvote stuff I don't even entirely agree with.
