Congratulations to them for picking a proportional multiwinner method instead of just hacking together something that seems right at first glance, like SNTV or per-seat IRV :-)
It'd been even better if they had used a deluxe method like Schulze STV, but I'm not surprised they didn't, because it is very complex to explain. Perhaps this choice constitutes evidence that pairwise "false-candidate" multiwinner methods are so complex (or seem to be so complex) that they won't be used.
