Do: Edit -> Technology Editing -> Convert Technology to Library for Editing
choose schematic Then do: Edit -> Technology Editing -> Convert Library to Technology also select xml There are many errors. I am trying to gain access to the spice template property in the schematic technology. I assume that this is where I could change the netlist so that transistors are listed as subcircuits rather than as transistors. For instance: XM1 1 2 3 4 nmos W=1u L=0.2u rather than M1 1 2 3 4 nmos W=2u L=0.2u Also, I need to change diode models and the Set Spice Model does not seem to work for diodes.
