I've taken a look at MacSpice a couple of years ago and didn't get the
same results with MacSpice vs. LTSpice.  I didn't put much effort into
finding out why, though.  My solution was running Windows XP on
Parallels virtual machine on my Mac.  This solution has been working
great for me for the last couple years.
