Hi,

I have followed the directions given but still cannot open up
electric. I was using the 11.1 version of electric earlier in the day
but I closed it and tried opening again. It is then this problem came
up. I even checked the java installed on my machine is found to be
intact. I still cannot figure out the problem.

Regards,
Roy
