Weiyi, Yes, you can do Write Spice deck on a schematic view to generate the spice netlist for your circuit. You can just compare this netlist against the netlist produced by LTSpice (I haven't drawn directly in LTSpice so not sure what it produces). Make sure you are supplying the same PMOS/NMOS model cards in both cases.
