You can explore KeyBindings in "File|Preferences|General|Key Bindings".
"Q" is "Shortcuts|Window Cycle" and "Ctrl-I" is "Edit|Properties|Object
Properties..."
in default preferences.
The "Q" key cycles through windows, when multiple windows are open.

The meaning of these keys don't change after switching to Cadence color
scheme.
So "Q" continues to cycle through Windows, and "Ctrl-I" continues to invoke
"Object Properties" dialog.

You may customize further your key bindings in "File|Preferences|General|Key
Bindings" dialog.

Best Regards.
