I just want to confirm that the parasitic extraction in Electric only extracts the capacitance between a layer and substrate and it donot extract the intra layer capacaitance (e.g. between two M1 wires) and inter layer capacaitance (e.g. between M1 and M2 wires). Is that so?. If it is, are there any plans in future to also include the extraction of Inter layer and Intra layer capacitances?
