Hello Dear Electric's developers,
I found an issue in Technology Wizard.
For DRC rule OD.C.4 our technology (NWell P active overhang (J)) in
section Nwell/Implant
procedure of creating XML Tech. File works incorrect. The matter is that
Nwell layer is built in node section badly (incorrect size).
You can fix tool/user/techEditWizard/techEditWizardData.java file where
in 3734 line should be state after character =
nwell_overhang_diff_p.value instead
nwell_overhang_diff_n.value
Fix this issue please ASAP. It generate incorrect nodes.
