Does anyone know which layers the pink and green represent in the Gate tab of the Technology wizard layer?
If the pink represents polysilicon what is the difference between the spacing parameter (D) and the spacing parameter on the Poly tab? The technology wizard also only lets you do one poly layer as far as I can see. Is this correct?
