One possible issue is that the layers may have been made
invisible. When all of the layers of a node are arc are invisible,
that node/arc is no longer even selectable. Look at your Layer
Visibility tab in the side-bar.

Hello:
I just had a problem show up of such a nature that I don't even know
where to begin looking for a solution; I'm not sure I can properly
describe the problem.
I brought up Electric v8.11 to resume work I was doing yesterday and
all the parts and interconnections are "gone".
Transistor dimensions, SPICE model names, and reference designators
are still present. No parts and no inter-connecting wires. The sub-
circuit outlines and SPICE parts are present. The layouts don't seem
to have been affected.
This seems to be affecting all libraries, not just the ones I was
recently working on.
Only the visible text is highlighted when "selecting"... I was hoping
the wires and parts outlines just turned white (background color) for
some reason but that doesn't seem to be the case.
The initial start-up library check indicated "No errors found"
Any ideas before I go fumbling around and make things worse?
Thanks,
Dave
