My fab house is providing their GDS II data with a "merged" diffusion layer. That is both n and p diffusions are shown on the same GDS layer. You know which diffusion type by the implant below it.
This might be totally normal, but will Electric have a problem if I import to the n-diff and p-diff layers the same GDS layer? Or do I need to go back through the cells after import and delete the p-diffs and n-diffs that come in incorrectly?
