Skill is a Cadence scripting language. Electric has the capability to write Skill decks that can be imported into Cadence. However, since the details of that language are Cadence-propreitary, the Skill output module is not distributed with Electric. Cadence users who can prove to us that they are Cadence-licensees can obtain this module.
