The manual said that there is a parameter "when" for design rules that can take multiple different values. Looking at, for example, the xml file extracted from the mocmos technology, there are several different values that can be placed for that parameter. For custom technologies, how do you, in Electric, know what all the different values for the parameter "when" are and how do you set which rule is being used?
