First of all, if you library projectA in directory pathA references library projectB in directory pathB, then the projectA library will have the full path (pathB) in it, so it will be able to find projectB.

If you move things around, you can always edit the projectA file (they are ASCII) and fix the path.

But also, you can create a file called "LIBDIRS" in the pathA directory and in it place the directory pathB. This will tell Electric to search in pathB for additional libraries. See this manual page for more:
