You need to define the device in electric to use the spice model that
you define in your C5_models.txt file.

Hi guys,
I am trying to run the spice file generated by spice deck in electric
vlsi in ltspice.
It says following error:

mn...@0:can't find defination of model "n" L=600 n W =600n

i wrote following spice code for my model:
.include C:\Electric\C5_models.txt
VDD Vdd 0 DC 5
Vin Vin 0 DC PULSE 0 5 0 10p 10p 30n 60n
.tran 10p 150n

kindly help
