I am novice to CMOS and Electric VLSI - (beginner) I am trying to simulate a two large Inverters driving two long interconnects side by side... Please kindly let me know how to get the crosstalk between the two interconnects in layout form....
In SPICE, i created the schematic and took the interconnect parameters from PTM.ASU.EDU website for 65nm technology and used it.
