Hi Sunny,
Is 2* Scale setting from Technology. You can determine by File- Preferences... 
-> Technology-Scale and if you select mocmos (scale = 300 nanometer), then the 
answer is 2* 300nm = 0.6um.

Subject: MOSFET Length and width

When i Used NMOS or PMOS in schematic the length and width values are same (2 
&2) .i want to know the meaning of 2 i.e whether 2 means that 2*lambda in 
technology setting or any other meaning.
