Download C5 model from here: http://cmosedu.com/jbaker/courses/ece5410/s10/C5_models.txt And Kindly notice that this model file is not being generated in the videos. Models for 0.5um process perhaps came from Mosis that Prof. Jake is using. Name of the SPICE simulator being used is LTspice (NOT LT sim ! Not to be confused with NI's Musltisim !).
