Hi, I am trying to design a long width PMOS transistor layout. I am using the scale factor of 300 nm. The widht of the PMOS is 233.33 (units scalable) and the lenght is 16.66 (units scalable).
If I use a single transistor with a W=233.33 and a L=16.66, it use a lot of space. So I would like to design a long width (W=233.33) PMOS transistor with 3 PMOS transistor of W=77.76 and L =16.66 (units scalable). Thanks !!
