I have found a bug in Electric that is causing this problem. Apparently,
when there is a zero-size arc in your design, the 3D viewer aborts, and
less of the cell is displayed.
These workarounds are possible:
(1) You can find those zero-size arc warnings in your messages window and
fix the arcs.
(2) You can edit the source code and fix the bug in Electric.
(a) Edit the file com.sun.electric.plugins.j3d.View3DWindow.java
(b) Find the module "enterCell()" in the subclass "View3DEnumerator"
(c) Change the "return false" after the warning message to "continue"
(3) You can wait for the next release of Electric.
Sorry it took so long to find this problem.
