I figured out what my mistake was, I was under the assumption that when you "restore stimuli from disk" it would zoom in/out to show the signals.
The issue was that all of my signals were set beyond the first 1 microSecond, when you start IRSIM, it simply starts at the nanosecond scale. All I had to do was Ctrl+9 to "fit" my signals and was good.
