Hi. It seems that a mocmos MOSFET with a length of 2 causes this error in spice (ngspice) simulation:
effective channel length less than zero Which makes sense because lambda=300nm and lateral diffusion=600nm, so effective length = 2*lambda - 2*LD = 0.
