Did you install JAVA3D?

For example:

For Windows 64 bit:

1. Download java3d-1_5_1-windows-amd64.exe from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javasebusiness/downloads/java-archive-downloads-java-client-419417.html#java3d-1.5.1-oth-JPR

2. Copy j3dcore.jar, j3dutils.jar, and vecmath.jar from

C:\Program Files\Java\Java3D\1.5.1\lib\ext

to

C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.8.0_144\lib\ext

3. Close Electric and reopen it

or

For Windows 32 bit:

1. Download java3d-1_5_1-windows-i586.exe from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javasebusiness/downloads/java-archive-downloads-java-client-419417.html#java3d-1.5.1-oth-JPR

2. Copy j3dcore.jar, j3dutils.jar, and vecmath.jar from

C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\Java3D\1.5.1\lib\ext

to

C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_144\lib\ext

3. Close Electric and reopen it
