I see you're using pass transistor logic in you're design.
Regarding testing, I encountered the same problem when I made an arithmetic 
unit.
So I instantiated the power supplies via SPICE code instead.
If you're unfamiliar with the syntax as you mentioned, I think it would be 
best to learn it (trust me you'll thank me later, it will give you a lot of 
flexibility in your simulations). And it's not that hard. When I was 
starting, I just relied on the help files in LTSpice which have proven to 
be of great use.
