I'm using Windows and my installation is at: "C:\Program
Files\LTC\LTspiceXVII\XVIIx64.exe", so it would be "program~1". If you
really downloaded the early version (32 bit), I can tell you that the newer
is better.

Besides this, I don't know which software you're using to run Windows
programs on Mac: can it be the problem? Another thing I think is worth
ensuring is that the Windows path notation with "\" is really supported by
your system. I have a Mac, but I use it very little, so I can't help you
with this.

Myself, I don't use this kind of integration. I do prefer to launch Spice
separately, as I use LTSpice for some analyses and NGSpice for others: it
would be SO nice to have a .step (LTSpice) or a sweep option (HSpice)
analysis in NGSpice!
