Yesterday I found that SDCC was not in F14. I have become a co-maintainer of this package, built the new 3.0.0 version, and requested a push to testing.
If you are in a position to get it from f14 testing and give it a karma that would be great. Unless a blocking issue is discovered it should get into F14 by the end of the week. If f14 is OK I will get it into F15 for it's release.
