I would like to request the addition of klayout to FEL. I am also ready to help in testing & packaging klayout, if help is required. The klayout website is http://www.klayout.de
klayout is a fast GDS/Oasis viewer & editor. I have been using it during the past 1 year and found the tool very useful in chip level layout DRC debug and creation of QA structures. It would be a great addition to the FEL list of tools.
