Dear Gardiner _26, I have used many things, but the best seems to be a stain-less spoon. The insertion end is the handle and the bowl I wrap a Tens patch. I then tape trhe whole bowl and half the handle so the contact surface is deep in the rectum. The only draw-back is the handle is flat in section, hurts a bit going in, but twisting it from side to side helps.
The results are worth it.
