I began using estim for other than 'medical' reasons two years ago... At first it was just once in a while when I really had time for an intense self-pleasuring session. More recently, well- since I've been able to work from home and be alone all day- I have begun doing it daily. IN fact, I do it most of the day. I just use a TENS and have the electrodes on my special areas and keep it on pulse with a pulse width of 40 and a pulse rate of 6. I start slow and let it bulid until I have the dial maxxed out. I am finding I am constantly horny- my poor husband is getting a workout! Keeping the TENS clipped to me and always on is just heaven but I worry that I'll overdo it. Does anyone know if this is a problem? I'm worried that I am addicted!
