I have used a Tens unit for 3 years, I have no problem with it
causing an orgasm, with me I have to stop so I dont have an orgasm.
I like for it to bring me right up to the point of orgasm, I do this
many times over an hour or so , then I let it give me an orgasm and
ejaculation. I use a stainless steel clanp above my balls and a
stainless steel ring in the groove behind my head , with a wire
attached to each and to one side of the tens unit , works for me ,
