Thanks for the reply! And the link. What do you know about interferential stimulation (IFN)? I found out that's what my physical therapist is using on my neck. The stimulation I felt there were what really got me looking into recreational estim in the first place. As I understand it, IFN operates at a much higher frequency than TENS, which enables it to stimulate much deeper tissues. Seems like that might be good, but I'm not sure.
