Actually, funny you mention a sleeve because I've found I have to
use one as part of my setup in order to stim and pump at the same
time. I put a sleeve over my entire shaft....only leaving my head
exposed....then I usually put on one of the P.E.S Coronas and then
put the pump on. If I don't use the sleeve the corona ends up
stimulating more than just my head because the pumping suction
pushes the corona against my shaft bewtween it and the side of the
tube.
It is hard to describe but hopefully everyone who's interested will
get the picture.....
