Well, I'll tell you why I jumped right into the
ErosTek 312B ...

First of all, I was only considering commercially made
boxes, so stereo stimming wasn't an option.

Secondly, the 312B can be hooked up to your stereo and
respond to the sounds it produces so you can both hear
and feel the music.

You can also plug an included microphone in and "feel"
what your partner is saying to you (or the TV, or the
rumbling garbage truck outside your window, whatever!)

It has two INDEPENDANT channels. This means that if
you have something in your butt and something on your
penis (just an example, folks; I'm a girl!) and you
turn down the butt one, the intensity of your penis
electrode won't be affected.

It comes with 18 different modes. A nice variety from
the on-off-on-off-on-off-on-off-on-off of cheaper
versions. The 312B can gradually build up and
gradually build down at a speed and intensity you like
(that's the "Wave" mode, but there others).

You can download six more modes from the internet, or
write your own if you're so inclined.

It's easy to use for a newbie like me. The
information/display screen uses easy English words
instead of cryptic LED buttons or abbreviations.

You don't have to plug it in to use it. It's got a
built in battery that comes pre-charged (and the
charging cord is included). A fully charged battery
lasts a long, long time. When you turn the unit on,
it does a SELF-CHECK for safety and then tells you how
much battery power is left. When is says about
60%-70% battery left, you've still got about three or
four more hours.

What it has in common with other boxes is pain
management. When I get a muscle pain or my stupid hip
starts acting up (from an old car wreck) I can massage
my sore muscles with electricity and it feels soooo
good!

So, the only bad news is that a 312B will run you
about $460 - $500+ (U.S.) and does not come with any
electrodes. Electrodes run from about $15 for TENS
pads with blue sticky stuff, to several hundred
dollars for super fancy electrodes that do everything
but let the dog out. The average electrode is probaby
about $50 to $70 (some anal plugs, vaginal inserts,
etc.)

Yes, it's an expensive hobby (but somebody's gotta do
it!)
