Saturday is good for me, the other days, I am usually too busy (and I
suppose I am not the only one who work during the week?). At 17 (5 pm)
utc, it would be good. (I'm in France.)

Back when I used to run a project, the only suitable time for people
from both Europe and America we could figure out was 7:00PM UTC. I
guess 6:30PM UTC should work for us.
