I've registered a standalone project on Launchpad to keep the development of web service contracts all together (though they could still easily be installable in separate packages): https://launchpad.net/contractor-web-services
I'm not a dev and won't be working on the actual contracts, so I'd like to pass off the actual task of maintaining the project.
