I doubt the new GTK2 theme is ready release. Also, that theme with dark menus if kind of identity for Jupiter; it's been there for almost a year and I wouldn't expect the look and feel to change suddenly after all that time. In addition, the new GTK theme is supposed to be used with the new icon theme; old icons will probably look pale next to this new saturated blue.
