I support this. There's something to be said for keeping the position of
frequently used tasks constant, but a system that adapts itself to your
preferences is greatly appreciated.

As long as elementary doesn't do what Ubuntu did (and is now undoing) and
make Zeitgeist the primary data provider. That would be a mistake.
