There are a few guys out there, that reported that they are able to test the ARM packages of elementary, but these guys often run Ubuntu 13.04 on their (nexus 7?) devices. Mars11 from IRC and our G+ community e.g is not able to test the Pantheon session, because that package is not available for Ubuntu 13.04. I would be pleased if you can provide as many packages as possible for Ubuntu 13.04, especially for the ARM part.
