I agree with Shnatsel. elementary could team up with this guy even if Audience has all or nearly all functions of Snappy.Maybe there could be a collaboration this would accelerate the development of Audience.Don't say things like i'm not impressed by the current sate etc. elementary should take all little help for a better development.
