You mean the wrong repository-urls? If yes, edit /etc/apt/sources.list and replace isis with trusty for the ubuntu repos.

Is there a fix already in the pipeline for Isis in regards to software repositories? If not, I was able to install software by running "sudo apt-get check" and then deleting the duplicate repositories.
