Bug description:
Make sure to reference http://developer.gnome.org/hig-book/3.0
/windows-alert.html.en for proper spacing in alerts and dialogs.
Specifically, ensure proper spacing in the Customize Toolbar and
Settings dialogs.
There should always be a 12px border around the entire window in a
dialog and a 24px space between the buttons on the bottom of the
window and the content directly above it.
